Prof. Donatella Termini is a Full Professor of Hydraulics in the Department of Engineering – Faculty of Engineering, University of Palermo, Italy. Research efforts include investigation of fluvial hydraulics and eco-hydraulics (flow resistance, effect of vegetation, sediment transport, effects of bed roughness, local scouring), sediment transport, river morphological response (meandering and braiding) renaturalization both through experimental investigations and by the development of numerical simulation codes.
